Are you looking to have a memorable Gulfside experience for a special event, special occasion, proposal or baby gender reveal? This package is perfect for a personalized picnic anytime of the day. We take care of it all.
$350 for couple only picnic.
A fee will be added for additional guests.

West Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach (small travel fee for Navarre or Pensacola Beach)
From logistics to every detail, we take care of it all for a romantic picnic or baby gender reveal party! What’s Included:
A beautiful prepared location with raked sand, setup, and cleanup services.
Your playlist for music services - PA
Bottle of champagne if over age 21.
Your desert choice of donuts, cupcakes, or cookies.
A charcuterie board of meats, cheeses, in season fruit, crackers, and dips
A beach umbrella.
Cushions/pillows.
Beach blanket.
Water bottles.
Complimentary drinks (if no champagne) of soda, lemonade or sweet or unsweetened tea.
All utensils, cups, plates, and napkins.
Silk table florals.
Cornhole, ladder ball or bocce ball game.
Ice bucket with Ice.

Wedding ceremony with an officiant and a 2 post arbor with pink, blue, or white florals. $350
Filing of the marriage license (no charge)
Fresh bouquet and boutonnière. $50.
Customized cake (picnic for two) $45
Gender Reveal 2 post arbor with lighted blue and pink drapery. $150
Baby gender reveal - Color blasters, gender reveal cake, or music carousel - $80.
Professional photography - $400 one hour.
Guest charge. $30 per guest with picnic. Up to 10 total.
Standing guests for add on wedding no charge.

To reserve your beach wedding, simply call us at 850-449-0459 to check availability. All bookings must be made by phone reservations. Emails are not accepted. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, or money orders. Your wedding date and time will be secured once we receive your deposit.

Yes. We can customize your payments and dates due to fit your budget. We want brides to get the beach wedding of their dreams in Florida, so please feel free to ask!

We are a mobile wedding company, ready to bring your dream ceremony to your chosen location—whether it’s a condo, beach house, hotel or state pavilion. For more private beach weddings, consider County or State Parks in Destin, Ft. Walton Beach, Grayton Beach, Okaloosa Island, Navarre Beach, or Pensacola Beach, Florida. Our Areas of Service are listed on the footer of every page.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, and it will be applied toward the total bundle price. The remaining balance can be paid at any time but must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your ceremony date. For any reservation within 30 days of booking, the bundle must be paid in full. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

While all beaches are public, we recommend checking with your hotel, condo, or beach house to confirm if hosting a wedding ceremony is allowed. Most properties are wedding-friendly, but some may charge a fee for use of their beach. This is especially important to note for budget-conscious couples.

Yes! We do provide a professional photographer but you are welcome to bring your own photographer. We understand this is a personal and important decision for every bride.
